Last updated: 7 October 2026

Data controller and scope

This information notice is intended for visitors to the Elektromasyon website and people contacting us through the telephone and email channels listed on it, under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698. The data controller is Elektromasyon Bilişim Elektronik Elektrik Telekomünikasyon Otomasyon San. ve Tic. A.Ş. Our contact address is Fevzi Çakmak Mh. 10569 Sk. No:47 Karatay / Konya.

This notice is limited to website visits and communications. Employment, job applications, commercial contracts and separate online platforms require information specific to their own purposes and conditions. Reading this page or visiting the website does not constitute explicit consent to all processing of your personal data.

Data categories and collection methods

Phone and email communications may provide identity and contact details you share, organisation information, product or service requests, technical support topics and correspondence. Website access may generate an IP address, access time, browser and request information. Choices made in the preference panel are stored locally on your device. Data is obtained electronically or orally through communication channels and the technical operation of internet access.

Processing purposes and legal grounds

Information shared in product, quotation and service enquiries is assessed under Article 5/2(c) when directly related to establishing or performing a contract. Technical data necessary for troubleshooting, continuity of communication and website security may rely on legitimate interests under Article 5/2(f), provided this does not prejudice your fundamental rights and freedoms.

Article 5/2(ç) may apply when fulfilling legal obligations, and Article 5/2(e) to records necessary to establish, exercise or protect a right. Optional map content and non-essential browser technologies are enabled with your explicit consent under Article 5/1. Information and consent are handled separately; refusing optional permission does not prevent access to the main website content.

Recipients and transfers

Technical infrastructure, hosting or email providers may process data to the extent needed to deliver communications and the website. Disclosure to authorised bodies is assessed only under an applicable legal obligation or authorised request. Transfers must remain limited to their purpose and satisfy the requirements of Articles 8 and 9.

If you permit Google Maps content, technical information may be transmitted to Google and processed abroad. Enabling this content is optional. A choice in the cookie panel is not blanket authorisation for all company processing activities or all international transfers.

Retention period

Retention periods for communications and technical records are determined by the request, purpose and applicable legal obligations. When the basis for processing ends, deletion, destruction or anonymisation requirements under the Law are assessed. The browser preference record is valid for 180 days; the map provider explains its own retention conditions.

Your rights as a data subject

Under Article 11, you can ask whether your data is processed, request information, learn the purpose and whether use matches that purpose, and ask about domestic or overseas recipients. You may request correction, deletion or destruction subject to the Law and notification of these actions to recipients. You may object to an adverse result arising solely from automated analysis and seek compensation for damage from unlawful processing.

Applications and contact

You may submit a signed written application to our contact address. You can also use an email address previously provided to us and registered in our system to write to [email protected]. Include your name, required identity details, notification address, email if applicable and a clear request. Application methods are assessed under the Turkish Communiqué on Procedures and Principles for Applications to the Data Controller.

Applications are resolved as soon as possible according to their nature and within 30 days at the latest. If additional costs arise, the tariff set by the Board may apply. For general enquiries use 444 0 592; for requests and complaints use [email protected].
