Fixed Type Ultrasonic Flowmeter is a modern flow meter measuring device developed to measure the flow of fluids with uncontact ultrasonic measurement technology with high precision. The system running with ultrasonic transit-time measurement principle reliably calculates instant and total flow values by analyzing the transition times of sound waves in the fluid.

Technical information and use

Due to its movable part-free structure, mechanical wear does not occur and can work without maintenance for many years. Thanks to the sensors installed on the pipeline, it conducts measurement without interfering the flow and does not cause any slip in the system pressure.

Due to its high measurement precision and wide application area, drinking water lines, irrigation systems, industrial processes, energy plants, HVAC applications and waste water systems can be safely used.

Instant flow rate, total consumption, flow rate and various measurement parameters can be monitored via the LCD screen of the device. It can also be easily integrated with PLC, SCADA, automation and remote monitoring systems thanks to analog outputs, pulse outputs and RS485 Modbus communication infrastructure.

Thanks to its fixed type structure, the device that provides high performance in continuous measurement applications can be easily mounted on the pipeline horizontal or vertically. Due to non-contact measurement technology, it increases operating continuity while reducing maintenance costs.
